Incorrect Address Policy
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect, incomplete, or vacant address, Zenfulls will attempt to contact you using the email or phone number provided with your order. You will have 48 hours to respond with a verified correct address. If we do not receive a response within that time, the order will be canceled and refunded, minus the original shipping cost and a 20% restocking fee. If you respond with a correct address, a reshipment fee will apply to send your order again.

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or compromised in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To request a replacement for a damaged item:

We will gladly replace the item at no cost to you. Please note that this guarantee applies to product integrity, not to external packaging alone.
